In this full-time role, you will be integral to the financial and administrative operations of the firm, handling daily financial transactions and providing administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a strong background in legal financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions including client billing, processing payments, and managing petty cash
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
- Compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules
- Assist with budget preparation and audits
- Perform bank reconciliations and handle client funds appropriately
- Provide general administrative support such as document management, data entry, and file organisation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication
