Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the production team, including data entry, scheduling, and file management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering supplies
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
