Job Title: Production Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Summary of Position:
Our client, a cleaning supplies company, is looking for a Production Administrator to join their team. The Production Administrator will support the team to ensure production meets plans according to both demands and quality standards.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the production schedule.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor the production process with the Production Team.
- Monitor Supplier's Performance.
- Ensure correct item data is in SAP to accurately run MRP for purchasing.
- Prepare reports and ensure accuracies in data.
- Identify any production issues.
- Collaborate with other teams and communicate across the business.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:
- Proven experience as an Administrator.
- Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with staff, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Ability to see things through from development to completion.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Experience using SAP, ERP and MRP Systems would be ideal.
