Key Responsibilities of German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers
- Address customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services
Assist customers with product information, features, and usage - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing exchanges
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Work with logistics to ensure accurate export documentation
Responsibilities of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role
