Elevation Recruitment s Business Support division are delighted to be working with a Sheffield-based Manufacturing Business. The company is seeking a highly organised and German speaking individual to join the team as a Sales Administrator. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
The German Speaking Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders, returns and stock availability
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information to customers
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve any delivery issues
- Identify and escalate any customer issues or concerns to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Update and maintain order information at each stage
Skills required German Speaking Sales Administrator:
- Fluent in German
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
