Main Duties:To deliver outstanding Customer Service via phone, email and social media

The Role:- Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner- Provide first line support regarding product enquiries- Attend regular training ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date- Work towards targets- Other administrative duties as required

The Candidate:- Fluent in German (written & spoken) - Essential- Previous Customer Service and/or admin experience- Quick learner, proactive & dynamic- Excellent communication skills- Computer literate

Salary: GBP17,500 p.a. + Benefits
