We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service in the industrial/manufacturing sector. As a predominantly German-speaking Customer Service representative, you will engage with a wide range of UK & Europe-based clients and customers. A natural suitor will consist of someone who has a wide range of customer account management skills in a German or multi-lingual role.

Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stock checks and security stock monitoring / maintenance.
- Identify, internally escalate, and solve any potential delivery problems.
- Proactively follow-up with customers on sales orders.
- Provide customer satisfaction by close co-operation with Field Sales personnel
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Manage customer accounts, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with the Customer Service team to ensure excellent service standards.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
- A strong Customer Service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a customer support role in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- SAP knowledge
- Confident German speaking & writing
- Fluent English speaking & writing
