Pay: 24, 000 per annum + Quarterly bonus

We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading provider in the UK furnishing industry, located just outside Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products to answer customer queries confidently.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Record all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Collaborate with colleagues as needed to ensure seamless Customer Service.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the Customer Service procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support consistently.
