Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at a leading vet service .

The role was based in Bury Greater Manchester. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.
