SalaryLanguage Matters has a new opportunity for a German speaking Senior Accountant to join a Financial Advisory Firm in Central London. This is an exciting time to join them as they continue to grow in the DACH and EMEA regions.
Following this business growth and successful acquisitions, our client is looking for a native German speaker with previous public accounting experience. You would be a key member in the organisation for accounting guidance and support. This is a permanent position based in London, UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for multiple legal entities
- Preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring adherence to local GAAP
- Assisting in timely and accurate tax accounting and compliance
- Acting as a key point of contact for external auditors
About you:
If you have studies in accounting, speak native German and have minimum 3 years of public accounting experience, this is the role for you!
Profile:
- Native level of German and fluent English
- CPA with minimum 3 years public accounting experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
- Advanced analytical and technical accounting skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
