As we head into our biggest brand-building year yet, we're looking for a dynamic Global Brand PR lead to take these stories to the next level. This new role in the Global Brand communications team will focus on delivering impactful PR strategies and campaigns that amplify and prioritize the huge opportunities we have as a brand, working in close collaboration with your brand comms peers, regional PR leads and our global corporate communications team.
Your Mission
- Lead development of global multichannel PR strategies aligned with On's mission and business goals
- Head up the execution of our biggest global PR moments, in collaboration with regional teams, as well as guide them in execution of region-specific moments, setting the bar for creativity, innovation and results
- Collaborate with functions across On, globally and regionally, to create cohesive campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with high-tier media partners in key markets
- Oversee campaign budgets in collaboration with marketing leads
- Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, using learnings to improve future strategies
- Be the center of excellence when it comes to brand PR strategies, trends and new opportunities, consistently refreshing your knowledge, which you share with the team and wider business
Your Story
- Senior leadership experience at a global B2C premium lifestyle brand or PR agency
- Proven track record in developing and executing distinctive awareness-driving PR campaigns and earned media coverage, including high-tier talent and/or athletes
- Passion for collaboration and relationship building, internally and externally
- An instinct for creating unexpected, stand-out ideas
- Entrepreneurial, you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where you can have real impact
- Have a never-done passion for movement in any form, lifestyle and culture
- Shine in presenting and selling in ideas to stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English
