As a Global Category Lead for Engineering Services , you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives for Engineering Services as per the above. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings. These roles present an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a global transformation within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute Global Category strategies for Engineering Services spend categories
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and market dynamics
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and innovation in indirect procurement
• Lead supplier negotiations and establish strong, long-term partnerships
• Contribute to the development of a world-class Global Category management function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Proven experience in category management, particularly in Engineerign services within the automotive industry
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices
• Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and process improvements
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
