Form of workI am working with a growing international company looking to bring on board a Global Company Secretary Assistant with extensive global corporate compliance experience. You will get the opportunity to work in a largely client-facing role, advising on a range of statutory compliance requirements, and supervise junior members in the team.
This is a hybrid-working role (2 days in the office; 3 days from home).
Responsibilities:
- Advising offshore and multi-jurisdictional clients on statutory compliance requirements, entity management, and transaction related matters
- Onboarding of new clients in accordance with company policies and processes
- Participate and lead in day-to-day client meetings/calls
- Supervise and coach junior team members
- Ad-hoc projects and initiatives
About you:
- 3+ years of global corporate governance/entity management experience within professional services or industry
- Experienced in client facing positions
