Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including weekly KPIs.
- Identify potential representatives, using LinkedIn, networking, current affairs, and other business sourcing.
- Build relationships with potential representatives to grow own portfolio of clients.
- Engage with representatives such as CxO’s, Director Level, or Vice Presidents via phone, LinkedIn, or email.
- Take ownership of the representative sale process, including building and overseeing pipelines.
- Take control of Pre-Event Questionnaires.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.
- Self-starter, conscientious, agile, and enthusiastic.
- Basic salary between £23,00-£25,000 + bonuses up to £10,000.
- Core Working Hours: 8:00 am-4:30 pm (flexible working hours required).
