Working closely with partners such as banks and other ecosystem partners across the financial eco-system around the world, you will be part of a global organization, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Product and the Executive team - as well as with the broader group globally. This role is key to enhancing their clients image and position within the industry and vis-à-vis key stakeholders and ultimately to provide opportunities for commercial growth. You will lead the planning, development, and execution of all aspects of the company’s Marketing Communications strategy.
Your job is to identify key stakeholders and define and structure their key messages and tailor them to various audiences. Refining their narrative and stories and publish them in the channels/media defined in the strategy. Thought Leadership, PR and Internal communication is part of this. High level of executive and commercial writing is critical.
Your mission is to support the commercial growth agenda by enhancing our clients commercial and product presence, thought leadership, go to market programs and market positioning. You’ll enjoy collaborating on new ideas and have a talent for delivering high quality content as part of a strong B2B2C communication strategy.
What will you do?
The mission is focused on managing communications by planning and execution of their external and internal communications. That means being able to deliver high quality technical content for various audiences from start to end, including content research, copywriting and to liaise with media agencies, partners and internal teams.
Understanding the competitive landscape and ensuring the company stays ahead while positioning them within the ecosystem by relevant content and communication is critical. This requires gaining a good understanding of the biometric technology industry with a commitment to stay abreast of the industry to continuously present new ideas for copy and content.
Key Skills and Experience
- Professional marketing qualification with minimum 5 years experience in a similar role:
- B2B marketing
- Complex marketing and sales ecosystem with multiple stakeholders and target audiences
- Global experience
- Leadership and management
- Minimum 3 years technology marketing experience
- Accountability, agility and great collaboration with stakeholders of various levels
- Ability to manage, motivate and mentor internal & external (supplier) members and peers
