Global Procurement Systems Manager
Basic up to £60,000 pa plus benefits circa £74,000 pa
UK Hybrid role - candidate will reside near one of the UK offices, ideally either Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Sheffield, Bristol (other big Cities considered)
Our client is a global company providing technical services to some of the largest UK’s & worldwide engineering projects. This role will help support business expansion, to add new countries and territories as part of the global roll out tool. Then you will be responsible for managing the system across the globe. As an experienced administrator, you will be self-assured in making configuration changes, coaching people in the use of the tool, working closely with the vendor, managing new releases, and supporting with the on-boarding of new countries and geographies. You will interface across the procurement team globally as the central point of reference for this essential tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Have Managed a Global Procurement platform and serving as the primary subject matter expert and technical contact.
- Can monitor and convey vendor updates and new features to teams.
- Can oversee change management and partner with various teams, and be proficient in configuring our organisations platform.
- Global system management knowledge is a plus, management across multiple business units and geographies is essential.
- Be proficient in corporate procurement and/or supply chain management processes and disciplines and have Vendor Management Experience.
- Have a passion for service delivery and an understanding of the importance of delivering excellence in this space.
- Experience with using Jaggaer Tool is essential
