SalaryWe are currently working in partnership with a growing Housing Association based in Lancashire, who are recruiting for a Governance Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.
The salary for the role is in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 subject to experience, and both full and part time working patterns will be considered.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Arranging and servicing Board & Committee meetings within office hours, including drafting and circulating minutes
Preparing governance reports for the Board & Committees
Working closely with the Head of Operations and Governance Consultant to ensure compliance with the regulatory standards and the National Housing Federation’s Codes of Governance and Conduct
Supporting with Governance related project work
Preparing data for regulatory submissions and assisting with internal compliance audits
Supporting with populating the in-depth risk register and assist in preparing risk reports for Board
