Are you an experienced governance professional, interested in developing a new integrated approach to support a new governance era?
Our client is a professional body and trade union and is the leading organisation of nutrition professionals in the UK, representing the nutrition and dietetic workforce across all sectors with over 11,000 members.
They are looking for an exceptional person to support the delivery of best practice governance systems and processes. This will be achieved through planning, monitoring, reporting and providing guidance across the organisation.
Their Board of Directors has six committees and four Country Boards as well as a separate Trust and the Trade Union National Executive Committee (TUNEC). The role works across this governance portfolio. In addition, the role will be required to ensure consistent governance systems and processes are applied to SENR (Sports Exercise and Nutrition register Committee) and the Joint Negotiating and Consultative Committee (JNCC).
