Governance, Risk and Compliance Researcher - Hybrid

Salary: £30,600 - £37,400 per annum, DOE

You will research and develop ICA qualification materials in the context of governance, Risk and Compliance and support Course Directors in the provision of this subject matter expertise to all aspects of ICA activity.
Responsibilities of the GRC Researcher will be as follows:-
Qualifications - Development & Delivery
- Research, write and develop ICA materials to support our qualifications
- In collaboration with relevant capabilities within the ICA and ICA CS, research, design and develop relevant elements of the learning journey for ICA qualifications
- Prepare, update and quality assure course manuals and related materials to a high standard
- Continually strive to identify, showcase and promote good practice and excellence in qualifications design and delivery consistent with Wilmington policy and established pedagogy.
Advisory - Support to Course Directors
- Build and maintain a high level of subject expertise within relevant discipline(s)
- Support Course Directors in the design, development, and delivery of bespoke training solutions for in-house clients
- Promote good practice and excellence in compliance through preparing articles and similar materials for ICA membership and wider public consumption
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Successful experience working in a governance, risk or compliance function - for instance, compliance; audit; policy; or risk
- Proven ability to research and analyse information from a variety of sources
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and including taking complex concepts and tailoring them to the requirements of different audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate with others both within and outside your organisation
- Previous experience interpreting legislation is desirable
