NHS Lothian are recruiting Clinical Research Support Workers and have exciting opportunities available at Band 3 level. This role is suitable for someone with experience in Health care and or has attained SCQF level 6/7 in a health care related subject. This role encompasses the full duties within the Band 3 Job Description.
What We Can Offer You:
We are recruiting an innovative and enthusiastic Clinical Research Support Worker to assist us in providing high quality planned nursing care for patients and volunteers participating in Clinical Research. This post will primarily be based at the Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility (WTCRF) at the WGH, however, the post holder may be required to work across sites as necessary. By joining our team you will have the opportunity to extend your clinical skills and work in a supportive and dynamic environment. Edinburgh CRF provides a robust staff induction to all new members of the team along with ongoing education and development.
Roles:
As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will contribute to the efficient service provision within the CRF by providing clerical, clinical and sample processing support, under direct and indirect supervision of senior nursing staff, assisting in the provision of routine clinical and research care for participants.
