This company are experts in their field and pride themselves on a providing excellent quality products and customer service to their growing customer base. We are supporting with their search for a Graduate Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team.
This office based role comes with an annual salary of up to GBP26,000 plus annual bonus.Duties include:
- Reviewing payments received and allocating cash.
- Reconciling customer accounts.
- Setting up new customer accounts.
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships with internal and external parties.
- Escalating any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Investigating and resolving queries.
- Ensuring customers pay to agreed payment terms.
- Making confident decisions to minimise risk to the business.
Is this role right for you?The ideal candidate will have some previous experience within finance or administration. You must be organised, detail orientated and able to meet specified deadlines. You should be a confident communicator and be able to build strong relationships internally and externally. You should be able to take ownership of your accounts and be confident in making decisions. You must be able to support your team and use your initiative with organising and keeping on top of your workload. You will need to have previous experience using Excel.Benefits Include:
