The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be a vital part of the team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services in project management, design & specification, schedules of conditions and dilapidations, party wall advice, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
This role offers a unique chance to work across various sectors, providing a broad experience base and a solid foundation for career development.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- A strong desire to progress and achieve RICS accreditation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a proactive approach to work.
