SalaryOur client, a multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in Stevenage, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. This job will involve undertaking a wide array of Building Surveying related tasks for a portfolio of Institutional, Private and Commercial clients. This position offers flexible working and an attractive package.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and a strong background of surveying experience. This represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to find a permanent position that will offer them longevity and career progression.

Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role
- MRICS would be advantageous
- Based in commuting distance of Stevenage - Hybrid Working Available
- Good IT Skills, Grammar and punctuality
- Must be looking for a long-term role

- Salary: £45000 - £60000 (possibly more for the right candidate)
