Your new company is a local, family-run construction contractor based in Belfast who now require a Graduate Contracts Manager for a long-term maintenance contract due to an increase in works across Belfast. With multiple services offered across both the private and public sectors including design & build, refurbishments and planned maintenance, this contractor has grown to become one of the most reliable and successful businesses in Northern Ireland specialising in construction, facilities management services and maintenance works.
Your new role
In this role as Graduate Contracts Manager, you will be working under the direction and supervision of both the Site and Contracts Managers. Your day-to-day duties shall see you responsible for

• Contract Administration
• Data Management
• Coordinating Project Teams
• Planning Key Tasks
• Reporting on progress and cost
• Maintaining quality control measures
• Liaising with supply chain members
• Site visits and meetings
• Assisting the senior management team

What you'll need to succeed
To perform and succeed in this role, the following criteria is required.

• Hold Construction Engineering and Management BSc
• Experience in this role is desirable but not essential however you must have a background in construction
• Good planning and time management skills
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Highly motivated, self-confident individual
• Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle
