SJC Partners are currently working with one of the North West's leading mid-market professional service firm's to recruit a high calibre graduate for a unique deal advisory Rotation Programme. The programme offers rotations around 3 core advisory offerings, those being:
* M&A - here you will gain exposure to the full suite of services/deal types i.e Sales, Acquisitions, MBO/MBI, Debt, Debt Advisory, Private Equity and Special Situations
* Transaction Services - here you will provide support across the deal cycle from buy side acquisition due diligence, to refinancing processes and help clients prepare for a sale process through vendor assist and vendor due diligence.
* Financial Modelling - here you will help to financial models to aid client's in making strategic decisions be it in a deal context or wider business sense.
The firm would be happy to support the successful individual in attaining a relevant professional qualification (e.g CFQ).
Applicants should possess a strong academic record within a quantitative/finance discipline (e.g Economics, Accounting & Finance) combined with analytical skills, resilience and an entrepreneurial spirit. Some form of work experience in finance or a related area is a plus but by no means an absolute pre-requisite - of more importance is being a highly, self motivated and a driven individual capable of using their own initiative to drive improvements.

You will develop a broad commercial awareness and build an end-to-end understanding of the deal and economic cycle, all whilst working with a supportive team of colleagues and leaders.
