SalaryWe are looking for an Electronics Product Development Engineer to join our SME client's team to help create the next generation of products.
The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of electronics and be expected to be hands on as well as possessing creativity and a genuine personal interest in the subject.
You will be working alongside other engineering disciplines creating a finished product with the primary focus being on updating a number of commercially important products to a more modern specification.
The Role
- To develop and maintain new and existing products and improvements to achieve appropriate robustness and customer usability.
- To assist in the management of technical projects and product developments.
- To generate technical documentation to required standards.
- To ensure all product designs meet appropriate standards.
- To provide technical support on company products including the installation and support of new gauges at customer sites.
- You will be expected to work to specification, on time and on budget.
The Person
Personal interest in electronics, embedded software and solving problems with technology.
Strong at problem diagnosing and solving.
HND or Degree qualified.
