Brighton | £23k + Commission | £30k Year 1 OTE

Responsibilities

• Engage in full life-cycle recruitment, serving an established UK market within the cyber security sector.
• Drive business development through proactive sales and strategic prospecting.
• Foster and expand new client relationships, ensuring their bespoke staffing needs are impeccably met.
• Source top-tier candidates, aligning their unique skills and aspirations with suitable roles.
• Act as a key facilitator, arranging interviews and conveying the strengths of candidates to clients.
• Provide insightful feedback to candidates post-interview to foster a transparent communication channel.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and manage accounts, upholding exceptional standards of customer service.
• Enhance industry knowledge and network by participating in trade shows and market research initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent French Speaker
• Either Graduate level educated to 2:1 or above or demonstratable Sales experience
• A self-starter attitude with a proven track record of initiating and nurturing new business relations.
• Commercial acumen paired with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets.
