About the role:
You will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitate Global Logistics Operations: Serve as a key liaison between contract manufacturers (CMOs) and stakeholders, managing inbound product flow and ensuring smooth operations from CMO to customer.
- Warehouse & Transportation Management: Oversee daily logistics activities, monitor service providers' performance, and ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions and purchase order updates.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain knowledge of GDP quality standards, collaborate with Quality Ops to ensure compliance in distribution activities, and track and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report relevant performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
