Do you have a background in Physics, or Photonics?

y client who is a leading supplier of specialist scientific/photonic instrumentation, now requires a further Graduate PhotonicsSales Engineer to join their growing team.

On a daily basis you will be working with, and supporting a diverse range of customers, including Scientists, and gineers developing world leading photonics systems and products.

Based at my client’s facility in Hertfordshire, you will undertake a range of sales and applications activities, aimed at promoting and selling my clients range of Instrumentation and Photonics products across the UK and Ireland.

Within the role, you will be providing customers with both pre and post sales technical support and commercial/sales information etc, and over time you will become the 'Product Expert’ for all technical and commercial enquiries.

The role will also include generating quotations, following up on sales enquiries and updating my clients CRM as required.

In addition to this you will also have an input into Marketing, as well as attending exhibitions and conferences to promote my client’s products.

The role will be predominantly office based but some travel may be required.

Full product training will be given.

All candidates must have a current UK driving licence.

Qualifications/Experience:

Sales experience is not essential, but it is expected that you will have a background in Physics or Electronics and be educated to Degree level or higher.

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK - Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested.
