Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Private Equity, Private Capital & Corporate Finance
Our client is a leading Recruitment and Executive Search firm within the Private Equity, Private Capital, and Corporate Finance space. Since their inception in 2010 they have placed thousands of CTOs, CFOs and CIOs and have grown to over 80 heads. With exceptional growth plans across the next 5 years which include, opening offices in 8 cities globally alongside the established London, Frankfurt and Amsterdam offices.
The Opportunity:

Profile:
·We are open to seeing a broad range of backgrounds, some of the top billers didn’t go to university and had no previous sales / recruitment experience!
·MUST have a high work ethic, this is not your typical 9-5 and you are working with C-suite individuals, you have to be incredibly hardworking, driven and ambitious.
·Intelligence – whilst we don’t need a degree you are working with some of the top 1% of smartest candidates within Private Equity so must be able to show a high level of intelligence and must understand the sector.
·Competitive – everyone here wants to be the top biller and this company gives you the opportunity to earn as much as £250k by year 3, you must have evidence of competitiveness (ideally through high performance within sports.
·Strong Communication – this role is heavily consultative and involves building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, being articulate and being able to build rapport is a must.
