• Be the mastermind behind our Graduate Recruitment campaigns, from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.
• Craft compelling marketing materials and rock university campuses with engaging events like career fairs and information sessions.
• Become the trusted advisor for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.
• Build meaningful partnerships with universities and student organisations to expand our talent pool and identify the brightest talent.
• Think outside the box and constantly innovate, driving improvements and influencing positive change in our recruitment processes.

• And although previous Graduate Recruitment is not essential - we would love to hear from you if you have previous Recruitment, Coordination, Administration or Events Management/Coordination experience. 

Bonus points for:

• Experience in campus or Graduate Recruitment - although this is not essential!
• Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
• A contagious enthusiasm for all things Oxera!

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering hybrid working from our offices in Oxford OR London/home-based. And with a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000, it's a chance to launch your career at a dynamic and impactful company.
