Graduate Sales Administrator

Your role as a Graduate Sales Administrator:Working as a part of a team, you will be providing support to the UK and Ireland sales team and customer base. Duties will include:

• Handling orders and queries by phone and email
• Supporting the Account Management Team by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates
• Maintaining sales records and creating weekly and monthly reports
• Arranging the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the Account Management Team generate business leads
• Monitoring and organising the inventory while effectively tracking new products for sale
• Coordinating activities and orders with other departments including finance, workshop and logistics
• Liaising with the Account Management Team to ensure that orders are processed promptly
• Attending training to develop knowledge of the company's products and services
