Sales Administrator - Manchester – Hybrid (1 day a week WFH)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Working as part of the Sales team to ensure timely collection of payments and managing workflows, you will speak with a variety of customers, including solicitors and homeowners to collect payment for services we have provided to them. You will provide a high calibre of professional customer service whilst also maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Daily call management – initiating daily calls, documenting call outcomes and follow-up scheduling.
- Order management – access orders, process BACS payments, validate customer payments, create new orders and manage special cases.
- Refund processing and manual payments
- Effective internal & external stakeholder management and communication
- Working to internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to join the team. You don’t need to have a huge amount of experience or be confident using specific tools, but you will need;
- Personable approach, with an excellent phone manner. You need to be able to communicate effectively with solicitors, homeowners and internal stakeholders
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated to learn – able to pick up processes and new software/tools quickly
- A level of project management skill
- Great attention to detail
