Graduate Sales Executive

Are you someone who wants to get into sales and start earning commission from month 1? We are looking for ambitious individuals to join a growing sales team in Leeds. The team has doubled in size over the last couple of years, leading to multiple promotions and a very lively, close knit team.
In this role you will be contacting a mixture of warm and self sourced leads with the aim of booking an appointment for the Business Development Manager. As long as the appointment has been attended, commission is payable!
There's a genuine opportunity for you to double your basic pay within the first 3-6 months, with the majority of the team earning in excess of £40k in their first year.
Main duties:
* Call a mixture of warm and self sourced leads
* Fact find and understand more about the customers requirements
* Pitch a meeting for the BDM to deliver a product demonstration
* Confirm appointment details and update the database
We are looking for:
* Sales experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
* Someone who is driven, ambitious and self motivated
* A great relationship builder who can speak to a wide range of decision makers
* An individual who wants to earn money, someone who strives to earn commission
