We are currently recruiting for an exciting Graduate opportunity in the Richmond area for an Administrator/Coordinator to join a well-established and expanding commercial business. The successful candidate will be working onsite focusing on coordination and student support related to an online Training Programme, which will involve liaising regularly with current and potential students, providing them with information (often relating to fees or term dates as well as content queries) and resolving a variety of queries arising. Part-time more experienced applicants are also welcome, with either a pattern of 3 or 4 days per week, or if preferred 5 days to fit in between school hours.
Responsibilities:
Providing support and advice to UK and international students
Receiving full training to resolve a range of enquiries
Liaising with Professors / Lecturers via Moodle
Organising training calendars and booking courses
Requirements:
Graduate calibre
Statistics led degree qualification is ideal (Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Maths, Statistics)
Any previous experience working in administration within Higher Education could be advantageous
Highly organised and excellent communicator, both written and verbal
A working knowledge of Microsoft365 applications (Office, Teams, Outlook) is ideal
Happy to work in an on-site opportunity in Richmond area
