Training Coordinator

Salary: £30-32K
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join a prestigious private jet company. The role is pivotal in ensuring that our new aviation brokers are equipped with the necessary training to excel in their positions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Schedule monthly trainee training and coordinate ad-hoc training sessions as required.
- Liaise with PAs to book internal trainers and organise training materials.
- Arrange training rooms and ensure they are equipped with necessary materials.
- Engage with external trainers and manage bookings.
- Coordinate and manage accommodation and travel arrangements for overseas trainees.
- Maintain the delegate management within our internal Learning Management System (LMS) and upload courses as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating training sessions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organised and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A proven track record of multitasking and juggling various tasks simultaneously.
