We are seeking two Training Coordinator's to join our client on an exciting project, which is running initially from March 2024 to December 2024.

Working in a team of 10, your duties will include:

• Supporting the creation and delivery of the customer service training programme
• Helping to present live and recorded webcasts, virtual classrooms and how-to videos
• As a team, look for ways of improving the customer's positive journey with the brand

Skills:

• Customer service / contact centre experience
• Confident and clear communicator
• Flexible to work within both offices (Chertsey & Hampshire)
• Fluency in European languages would be advantageous but not essential
