Do you want to be part of an exciting new project leading facilitating and supporting a pool of experts with lived experience to deliver the Oliver McGowan mandatory training. You will part of our national award-winning learning and development team and will not only facilitate training but offer wellbeing support to our experts with lived experience co-facilitators.
We are looking for someone who is engaging, great communicator and has experience in delivering training to support the roll-out of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory training throughout Surrey. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of delivering training especially in autism and or learning disabilities. Experience with supporting Autistic people, either have coaching skills or are prepared to train to be a coach to support our experts with lived experience and provide supervision and emotional support when required. Ideally you will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the training hubs throughout surrey. This role is mainly Monday-Friday 9-5.
You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate, self manging, organised and believe strongly in collaborative working.
