Are you a skilled Salesforce Administrator looking for your next challenge?

Are you excited at the prospect of having organisational responsibility for and ownership of Salesforce, working with a wide range of users to deliver improvements?

Do you want to work for an exciting social change organisation with the mission of enabling people, places and the planet to flourish?

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Salesforce Administrator to help us achieve real impact by building a long-term roadmap and strategy to optimise our use of Salesforce and delivering ongoing improvements and enhancements to the system.

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

About You

What we look for in a successful Salesforce Administrator candidate:

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to proactively identify improvements and deliver their implementation.
  • Previous Salesforce Admin experience, and the ability to build a long-term roadmap for Salesforce developments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication tools with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, including about technical developments to non-specialists.
  • Good organisational skills; ability to oversee multiple projects, manage an inflow of case work, prioritise resources where necessary and work on own initiative to deadlines.
