ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer, in a Part Time capacity, to support with the design, adaptation and amendment of the venue’s print and digital graphic and video output to support the objectives of Utilita Bowl. In this role you will be supporting our Senior Graphic Designer to create assets to support the promotion and delivery of Utilita Bowl’s wide range of business outlets.

As the south coast’s premier international sport, music and leisure destination, the 200-acre venue welcomes more than 500,000 visitors every year and our design team are critical in communicating our brand across every visitor touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLE OVERVIEW
· Create and output engaging design content for print, digital and social platforms through animated and static content
· Edit, amend and output pre-existing artwork and creative
· Create, edit, amend and output prescribed creative from third parties – e.g. ECB, Hilton, BEEFY’S
· Create new designs and creative themes from scratch where required
· Ensure all design aligns with the brand guidelines to the business unit/product for which it relates
· Ensure outputted designs are optimised for all platforms across digital and print jobs are correctly set up for production
· Work closely and collaboratively with internal departments and contacts to ensure jobs are completed in priority order and on time
· Simultaneously working across numerous overlapping projects.
· Actively contributing ideas to planning sessions and team meetings.
· Any other duties as required. The nature of which will be defined and dictated by the changing requirements of the business.
YOUR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
· Experience in a similar role/position desirable
· Degree level qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent
· Experience using and knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential
· Experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro desirable
· Confident working across print, digital and social platforms
· Experience delivering animated design desirable (not essential)
· Creative with keen eye for detail and good communication skills
· Ability to work to a brief and excellent time management skills, working to tight deadlines
· Key team player. The ability to work as a member of a dynamic team.
· High levels of initiative and ability to work independently as required.
· An understanding of the sport, leisure and hospitality industries (not essential)

Salary: £24-£28k pro rata and depending on experience.
