Job Description
The key responsibilities of the NAM will be to:
Execute strategic sales plans to drive sales within the chilled category across branded and/or own label
Manage relationships with national grocery clients
Negotiate and agree contracts, CPIs, JBPs, promotional plans, NPD and range reviews across your account base
Hold overall responsibility for all agreed Customer Projects to ensure that we continually exceed customer expectations
Work closely with marketing to execute promotional activity
Collaborate with supply to ensure forecasts and demand are aligned
Be an expert in the Andros brand and portfolio
Monitor and stay ahead of market trends within FMCG
Identify growth opportunities to increase sales
Provide detailed reports on sales results and market trends
The Successful Applicant
A successful Grocery NAM - Chilled should have:
Experience working with either branded or own label products and a knowledge of the discrepancies between the two. Exposure to working with both would be a bonus
Proven experience of driving growth at National Grocery level in FMCG
Ability to effectively network across all customer departments, being seen as part of their team, whilst remembering you work for Andros
Commercially minded with strong negotiation and influencing skills
A hungry, go-getter attitude. Not settling for second best and always searching for ways to increase shelf-space and sales in stores
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Must be able to be in Hammersmith 3 days a week as a minimum
What's on Offer
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000
10% bonus
