As an apprentice at BAM you will be surrounded by a wealth of experience to learn from. Your training will include learning how to;

We are looking for someone who is looking to start their career in the construction industry. You'll need good communication skills, be an excellent team worker but also be able to use your initiative.

  • Independent working - take responsibility for safe completion of your own work.
  • Time management - use own time effectively to complete the work instructions to schedule and always arrive at, and be ready to work on time
  • Logical thinking - use clear and valid reasoning when making decisions to undertake the work instructions and when problem solving
What’s in it for you?

You will complete a nationally recognised level 2 groundworker apprenticeship qualification which will take around 18 months to complete.

Working for BAM also means that you will have access to many other benefits such as private medical cover, online GP service, retail discount platform as well as many more. When working away from home meals and accommodation will be covered
