Description
- Prepare year-end accounts for all companies within the group, including consolidation where necessary
- Conduct year-end tax computations for all companies in compliance with tax regulations.
- Generate monthly management information reports for the bank to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare quarterly consolidation accounts for reporting to the bank.
- Assigning accounting tasks and projects to finance and accounting staff.
- Developing financial and accounting policies, workflows, and methods in consultation with heads of finance.
- Managing a team of Accountants working on company projects.
- Auditing accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Providing necessary accounting and financial reports to external auditors and regulators.
- Evaluating financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting principles.
