An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our Legal team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Solicitor Commercial Contracts, and working alongside other members of the Legal team, you will provide legal advice and assistance on a wide range of Commercial Contracts.
About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
Advising on a range of Commercial Contracts.
Providing relevant and timely legal advice to head office departments and branches on general legal queries relating to contract law, and contract negotiation and management.
Providing legal advice and assistance on other business projects and initiatives as required.

About You
Degree and/or relevant legal qualifications.
Experience in either in-house or in private practice
Experience of a range of contract work, contract law and related disciplines (e.g. data protection requirements).
Ability to work independently within a team.
Commercial awareness and business judgement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
