Job Description
- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to drive financial performance
- Implement strategic initiatives and business plans
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Finance Business Partner should have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
