Our client, a dynamic and growing SME, is looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join their team. You will oversee the accounting and financial operations of the business and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Key responsibilities of the Group Financial Accountant
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, procedures and regulations, such as GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls
- Manage the accounting cycle
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the business, such as sales, margins, inventory turnover, cash flow and profitability
- Provide financial advice and support to the management such as budgeting, forecasting, planning and decision making
Key essentials of the Group Financial Accountant
- Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
