Group FP&A Manager - Blackburn - Permanent - Up to £65,000 + Bonus
IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Group FP&A Manager to work with a market leading client of ours based in Blackburn on a permanent basis. This role is fully office based, so you will be required to be able to get into the Blackburn office 5 days per week.
This is a fantastic time to join a national recognised brand's ever growing finance team! You will be responsible for managing the business planning process and business partnering with numerous stakeholders across the group.
The duties of the Group FP&A Manager role include:
Managing the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long term business planningLeading a team of Finance Analysts, managing the performance and development of your team membersManaging the rolling forecasting process, ensuring it reflects highly accurate, real time financial dataOwning the annual budgeting process by partnering with heads of departments and the management team to ensure all budgeting goals are aligned and realisticPreparing, consolidating and reviewing the budget ensuring that budgets have been prepared accuratelyCreating and maintaining financial models, long term forecasts and scenario planning to support decision makingFuture planning for any mergersProcess improvement around the forecasting process
The successful Group FP&A Manager will:
Be fully qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMAHave at least 4 years experience of working within FP&A, ideally within a management roleStrong financial modelling and forecasting skills
