We have an exciting role for an experienced HR professional to join a successful business as their
Group HR Manager. Working closely with the MD and senior leaders, the
HR Manager will support the business to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy. The role is a full HR generalist remit with group responsibility, that will not only capture the day-to-day HR activity but also has the opportunity to help shape the HR function following a period of positive change. There is the opportunity to work on some exciting projects across the business and work closely with stakeholders both in a remote and hands on basis at site level when needed.We are looking for the right candidate to lead the HR function across the group of companies. The successful person will be a team player with a positive attitude and passionate about the wellbeing of all team members.Key deliverables will include:
- Working as part of the Group leadership team to support the business in achieving its strategic goals.
- Work with leaders, assisting in upskilling and advising on people issues, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Support the development and introduction of new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for HR in compliance with legislation.
- Work closely with middle/senior managers to ensure support, resources and correct skills are aligned to needs and business delivery.
- Manage all ER issues and case management, staff attendance and absence monitoring.
- Provide detailed HR reports to senior management team.
- Promote a value led culture that places people at the heart of collective growth, improvement, and development as an organisation
- Overseeing training and development of employees, supporting them in their personal development as well as wellbeing needs in the workplace
You will demonstrate previous HR generalist experience ideally within an FMCG environment and have the ability to influence and impact business decisions. Due to the multi sited locations of the business, travel will be involved on a monthly basis to allow the
