R13 Recruitment are excited to be supporting a reputable retailer in their recruitment of aHR Manager to join their team. The focus of this role will be dealing with HR matters professionally, handling recruitment & selection and leading any HR projects.
This is a full time, permanent position working 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday based in Norwich. The offered salary for this role is competitive depending on experience.

The day to day
- Overseeing the HR function of the business, carrying out full generalist HR activity across the group.
- Developing employer brand and culture including employee wellbeing.
- Overseeing all employee relation processes, in line with Company policies and handling any complex employee relations issues that arise.
- Developing a people strategy including progression and talent mapping to improve overall staff retention.
- Delivering engagement initiatives across the business.
- Management of employment recruitment functions, from on-boarding to exit, as well as maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Carrying out general administrative and compliance duties.
You will have/be
- Proven experience in a HR position.
- CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential.
- Experience delivering people strategy and engagement with a focus on employee wellbeing & retention.
- Practical experience in managing complex ER cases.
- The ability to coach, lead and motivate others.
- An understanding of HR policies, procedures and relevant employment law.
