You will be the architect of our workforce, shaping growth and guide us into a prosperous future.Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding leadership to the Human Resources team and facilitate strong working relationships between HR and the rest of the business.The management and development of people is a key aspect of the role. Oversee the recruitment, performance management, supervision and guidance, and professional development of the HR team.Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, wellbeing, EDI etc.Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.Provide timely, pertinent and accurate information to the Chief Operating Officer and Board by analysing data and using HR metrics.Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tacticsServe as the point of contact for employment relationsMonitor adherence to internal policies and legal standardsDeal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when requiredContribute actively to strategic decision making as part of the Senior Leadership Team.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as Head of HR or HR DirectorBSc/BA in Human Resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in Human Resources and/or CIPD level 7 will be a plusFull understanding of the way an organisation operates to meet its objectivesExcellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulationsThorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practiseKnowledge of data analysis and reportingBenefits:Highly attractive remuneration packageCompany CarPensionPrivate medical insuranceBonusAbout FRG:At First Response Group (FRG), we are a recognised leader in security, risk, and facilities management solutions.
